MARINA’s Workouts are audio only music workout programs, radio
talk show programs and personal trainings all rolled one. MARINA’s
Workouts are just plain fun to do. Just pop on your head phones

range from 126 - 150 beats per minute are perfect for walking, aerobic
dance, stepping, spinning or any other aerobic activity you might
choose. MARINA’s Body Sculpting & Stretch workouts target
all areas of the body. At a tempo of 90 beats per minute (BPM) these
workouts are perfect for toning… circuit training… stretching
or any free form body conditioning workout. MARINA’s Workouts
come complete with original music written, produced, and performed
by MARINA at the right tempo, with motivating lyrics and verbal
instructions that can be downloaded as an mp3 or shipped as a CD.

MARINA does! MARINA is a recording artist, Musician, Composer,
Instrumentalist, Fitness developer, Mother of 3. She has lost 100
pounds and has fought the battle of the bulge her entire life. She
couldn’t find an exercise program that worked for her, so
she began to work out to her own music, practiced portion control
and watched her fat melt away. MARINA along with fellow composer
Tony Marinello writes, produces and records all of the music. MARINA
picks a topic to cover, writes and sings appropriate lyrics and
then records herself talking about the topic. Topics cover it’s
food, cravings, balancing family and career, health, caring for
an elderly parent, kids lunches, and more. MARINA works out to the
music as she records it to make sure it works. Sometimes MARINA
invites guests in to hold “round table discussions”
or interviews people knowledgeable in the particular field she is
focusing on. She then takes every workout outside and tries it in
the real world. . If it doesn’t get her to MOVE, it ends up
on the cutting room floor. MARINA guarantees every workout will
help you burn calories and get you into great shape.

MARINA’s Workouts are unique. Unlike other audio workout
programs, MARINA’s Workouts will never get stale. The workouts
are about 10 minutes long. This enables fast downloads, less hard
drive space used and the ability to “piggyback” workouts
to create a custom workout as long as you like. MARINA talks about
many subjects during the workouts. Everyone knows how to walk. MARINA
believes in you. She believes that you know how to walk. She doesn’t
believe that you need to be instructed on every move. She is not
reinventing the sit up or the crunch or the leg lift. She is giving
you a beat to workout to, motivation and something to distract you
long enough to make your workout go by in a flash.

The MP3 workouts are approximately 10-15 minutes long. MARINA designed
them to be “piggybacked”. In other words, you choose
which workouts you want to do and play them one after another. You
can design a workout of any duration. We have over 5 hours of walking
workouts alone. The shorter lengths also allow for fast download
times and smaller amounts of hard drive storage on your computer
and MP3 player.

MARINA’s Workouts MP3s - are high quality 128 kbps audio
files. They work with any music software. If you have an MP3 player,
this is the best way to go. If you don’t have an MP3 player
but do have a CD burner, you can burn your own CDs from the MP3s.
You can also play MARINA’s Workouts MP3s through your computer
speakers too, just like your regular music. Just download a workout,
import it into your music player such as iTunes, Windows Media Player
or Real Audio Player and your ready to go right at home. Once you

MARINA’s Workouts CDs - MARINA’s Workouts CDs are full
length audio workouts produced with the same professionalism and
fun as MARINA’s Workout MP3s. Each CD comes in a solid plastic
jewelcase. The music is non stop (megamixed) with a warm-up at the
beginning and a cool down at the end. Each song is indexed with
it’s own ID number so you can skip songs to create a shorter
workout if you want.
