You should have your doctor’s approval before starting any fitness program. After that it’s easy. MARINA’s Workouts vary by tempo, or how fast the music is (the BPM rate). Choose workouts with slower BPMs, then when as your fitness level improves, choose workouts with faster BPMs.

YES! All you will need is a comfortable pair of shoes or sneakers, your computer, CD or MP3 player, such as an iPod, and MARINA’s Workouts. You can use MARINA’s Workouts in your house while watching TV, walk or ride a bike outside in your neighborhood or park.

If your computer has a cd burner and an installed software program (such as Windows Media Player, iTunes, MusicMatch Jukebox, WinAmp etc.), Then you can download the MP3 files and burn your own CD. The other requirement is that your portable CD player can play CD-R CDs. Today, most CD players are CD-R compatible. Or you can play MARINA’s Workout MP3s through your computer’s speakers and workout in your home
